Description

This AISI 4130 (30CrMo) chromoly alloy heavy-wall drilling pipe is engineered for extreme geothermal well drilling. Its superior tensile strength, torsional resistance, and fatigue durability withstand high-temperature environments (200-400°C), corrosive brines, and abrasive formations.

 

The heavy-wall design ensures exceptional pressure integrity and compression resistance in extended-reach drilling. The chromium-molybdenum composition provides excellent resistance to H₂S corrosion and thermal cycling stresses.

 

Precision-manufactured through seamless extrusion and heat treatment, each pipe undergoes rigorous testing to international standards. Ideal for both drilling and casing applications in geothermal wells, it delivers extended service life and reduced downtime in the most challenging high-temperature operations.
